I picked up a GV70 EV from Howard at the end of April. The process could not have been easier or more transparent. The price was great and everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. This is the first dedicated Genesis space that I have come across in the tristate area. All the other ones that I have seen share a space with Hyundai. I would highly recommend that you reach out to Howard and check this place out.

I recommend this car dealership very highly. Reason being I did not buy my car from them. I bought it from a dealership in New Jersey who gave me no information basically pushed me out the door and on my way. After owning the car for 4 days and getting frustrated I was about to traded in for another car, I happen to call Genesis of White Plains. The receptionist on the phone was a sweetheart and told me we’re going to help you she put me through to Jeff Symeon, he is the nicest man you were ever gonna meet. He took time out of his busy day and I mean a lot of time to sit in the parking lot with me and go over everything and when I explain to him, I did not wanna have to go to New Jersey to have the car service he said I will set you up here and help you with getting the car service. And he did so he set it up for in advance that they would contact me to pick up my car and bring me the loaner. Now that’s what I call service. These are wonderful people I have dealt with other dealerships that are owned by the same person and I can’t say enough about that those place either they are fantastic people. I went in Wednesday to lease a new G70 and got it yesterday. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful, professional and time efficient. On Wednesday, from when I first came to the store, I was there about 3 hours, which included the usual intros (Jeff, my salesman, is a wonderful, friendly and very knowlesgeable who never rushed me and went through a myriad of choices), test driving, agreeing on a price (IMMEDIATE agreement!!), doing the credit app, setting up the insurance for the new car, etc. - It takes longer to get a new phone & have it activated!! Yesterday, when I went to get the car, between all the paperwork (Andrew is wonderful - no pressure for add ons WHATSOEVER), getting the Genesis owner app going and (a COMPLETE) review of the car's features, I was there a tad over 1 hour. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!! I am loving my new car and have only good thoughts about my experience at Genesis of White Plains. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
