First of all, Genesis is a carmaker to which more people need to pay attention and give credit. The product really is excellent; not just for the money, but in general. It has been a long time since we enjoyed the process of buying a car. Adilson Verdan made the entire experience easy, transparent and listened to everything we relayed… he did not try to upsell or bait / switch. Adilson was responsive, patient when answering questions and if he didn’t have an answer - he asked the appropriate individual. I have recommended cars, but rarely sales at a dealership.
